Tech Ranch Austin leases shared or private offices with 90-day out lease terms. We also have co-work available on a month to month basis.

Current Office Space Availability:
Co-Work 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday
Shared Environment: $150 / month
Shared Environment with 24 hour access: $200 / month
24 Hour Office Access:
Private Office (with window - interior) (~ 306 sq ft.): $700 / month
Lease costs are billed monthly and payments are due on the first of each month. Leases are to be paid via check, bank to bank transfer or with a credit card. Payments that are paid via credit card will incur an additional four percent convenience fee. A one-month security deposit and first months rent is collected at time of lease signing.
